By accessing and using CareerPing ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Subscription Plans and Pricing
CareerPing offers various subscription plans including Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Each plan has specific features, usage limits, and pricing as outlined on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan.
3. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan has specific usage limits for AI messages, resume analyses, and interview sessions. These limits reset monthly. Exceeding your plan limits may result in additional charges or service suspension until you upgrade to a higher tier or the next billing cycle begins.
4. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize CareerPing to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until you cancel your subscription. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CareerPing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without explicit written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. CareerPing does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Career advice provided by AI should be used as guidance and not as professional career counseling.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CareerPing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
CareerPing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Ownership and Jurisdiction
CareerPing is developed and managed by RedNek Corporate Private Limited, which is the sole owner of the platform. Any legal claims, disputes, or proceedings arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, Hyderabad, India.
